Apple Cider Rooibos

This herbal blend is spicy, sweet, and naturally caffeine free. Rooibos (pronounced ROY-bos) is a popular tea alternative grown in South Africa. How to Brew

• Hot: Use 1 tsp (2–3g) of loose leaf per 8 oz (240ml) of water at 205–212°F (96–100°C). Steep for 5–7 minutes. Rooibos is naturally caffeine-free and won’t go bitter with a longer steep.
• Iced: Brew double strength (2 tsp per 8 oz), steep for 5–7 minutes, then pour over ice. Add a splash of apple juice for an extra cozy twist.
• Tip: Naturally sweet — try it without added sugar first. Use a fine mesh strainer or infuser for best results with loose leaf.
