Cold Brew Coffee

Medium smooth chocolate, toffee and floral tones. Great for cold brew or nitro.

How to Brew

• Cold Brew (Immersion): Use 1 cup (85g) of coarse ground coffee per 4 cups (950ml) of cold or room-temperature water. Steep in the fridge for 12–24 hours, then strain and serve over ice.
• Nitro Cold Brew: Brew as above, then charge with nitrogen using a whipped cream dispenser or nitro keg for a creamy, smooth finish.
• Drip / Pour Over: Use 1–2 tbsp (7–14g) per 6 oz (180ml) of water at 195–205°F (90–96°C). Brew time: 3–4 minutes.
• French Press: Use 2 tbsp (14g) per 6 oz (180ml). Steep for 4 minutes, then press slowly.
