English Breakfast

Breakfast Tea as it should be. Not too complicated but strong enough to stand up to milk and sugar. A rustic, sweet cup that brings good news all day long. A blend of African and Indian Tea.

How to Brew

• Hot: Use 1 tsp (2–3g) of loose leaf per 8 oz (240ml) of water at 205–212°F (96–100°C). Steep for 3–5 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.
• Strong Cup: Use 1½ tsp (3–4g) and steep for 5 minutes for a bolder brew that holds up well to milk.
• Iced: Brew double strength, steep for 4–5 minutes, then pour over ice. Add milk or sweetener as desired.
• Tip: Use a fine mesh strainer or infuser for best results with loose leaf.
