How to Brew

• Hot: Use 3g (about 1 tsp) per 12 oz (360ml) of water at 212°F (100°C). Steep for 5–10 minutes. Naturally caffeine-free and won’t go bitter with a longer steep.
• Iced / Cold Brew: Add 3g per 12 oz of cold water and refrigerate for 4–8 hours. Vibrant, berry-forward, and incredibly refreshing.
• Sun Tea: Add 2–3 tsp to a jar of cold water and leave in the sun for 2–4 hours.
• Tip: Naturally sweet and tart — try it unsweetened first. Use a fine mesh strainer or infuser for best results with loose leaf.
