Jasmine

A fine blend of freshly plucked jasmine blossoms and green tea, this is medium-bodied, sweet, smooth, and silky. Good for multiple steepings. The green tea is picked by hand and prepared then set aside until the Jasmine blossoms are ready. The two are paired at just the right time to create this harmony of fruity flavors on a medium bodied green tea base.

How to Brew

• Hot: Use 1 tsp (2–3g) of loose leaf per 8 oz (240ml) of water heated to 175–185°F (80–85°C). Steep for 2–3 minutes. Do not use boiling water — it can make green tea bitter.
• Multiple Steepings: This tea is excellent for 2–3 steepings. Add 30 seconds to each subsequent steep.
• Iced: Brew double strength (2 tsp per 8 oz), steep for 2–3 minutes, then pour over ice.
• Tip: Use a fine mesh strainer or infuser for best results with loose leaf.
