How to Brew

• Hot (Traditional Style): Use 1 tsp (2–3g) per 8 oz (240ml) of water at 175–185°F (80–85°C). Steep for 2–3 minutes. Do not use boiling water — it can make green tea bitter.
• Iced: Brew double strength (2 tsp per 8 oz), steep for 2–3 minutes, then pour over ice. Incredibly refreshing on a warm day.
• Tip: In Moroccan tradition, this tea is poured from a height to create a light froth — try it for a fun presentation! Use a fine mesh strainer or infuser for best results with loose leaf.
